1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms apply to all users of the 9bbd platform, including visitors who browse without a registered account and registered players who place bets, play casino games, or use any other service offered by 9bbd. Access to or use of any part of the platform constitutes full acceptance of these Terms.

9bbd reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. Registering duplicate accounts — under different names, phone numbers, email addresses, or device identities — is a material breach of these Terms. 9bbd employs automated and manual processes to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicates are identified, all associated accounts may be closed and any balances forfeited.

2.3 Accurate Information

You must provide truthful, accurate, and current information at the time of registration and update your details promptly if they change. 9bbd is not liable for any loss arising from inaccurate information supplied during registration. False or misleading information constitutes grounds for immediate account termination.

2.4 Geographic Restrictions

9bbd is operated as an offshore platform and is intended for use by players in Bangladesh. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction. 9bbd does not warrant that use of the platform is legal in every location and accepts no liability for players who access the service from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited.

3. Account Security

3.1 Password Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity carried out under your account credentials — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility until you report unauthorised access to 9bbd support.

3.2 Suspicious Activity

3.3 Device Security

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

9bbd currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 9bbd does not apply conversion fees to BDT transactions.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may vary by payment method and account verification status. 4.3 Withdrawal Processing

4.4 Returned and Declined Transactions

If a deposit transaction is declined by your payment provider, the funds will not appear in your 9bbd wallet. Any erroneously credited funds must be reported to support immediately and will be reversed.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Rules

6. Betting Rules

6.1 Acceptance of Bets

All bets are accepted at the sole discretion of 9bbd. In particular, bets placed on events where the outcome is already known — due to data feed errors or any other reason — will be voided.

6.2 Odds and Market Errors

In the event that an obvious pricing error is identified — such as odds displayed at a manifestly incorrect value due to a technical or human error — 9bbd reserves the right to void all bets placed at the erroneous price and refund stakes to the affected accounts. • Using the platform to launder money or finance any illegal activity
• Selling, transferring, or purchasing 9bbd accounts
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or scrape any part of the 9bbd platform
• Using a VPN or proxy service to circumvent geographic or account restrictions
• Coordinating bonus abuse with other players or through multiple accounts

9. Responsible Gaming

11. Limitation of Liability

9bbd's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 12-month period immediately preceding the claim. This limitation applies to all causes of action in aggregate.

12. Amendments

9bbd reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When amendments are made, the revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. For material changes that significantly affect your rights or obligations, 9bbd will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players by email or in-platform notification. Your continued use of 9bbd following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law
